Created by Nora in 2021, this holistic dance practice supports participants on a journey of processing personal wounds, unresolved pain, and emotional experiences.
The workshop fuses experiential and embodied healing drawn from ancestral wisdom, with a choreographic language that acknowledges the power of somatic relief and awareness. In this workshop we will focus on: exploring the memory of the body, tapping into alternative empowering sensations, trying out threads of choreographed gestures that connect to the potential of a healing transformation.
This workshop is open to all genders, ages, and abilities.
